Returns & Breakage Policy

No Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Many items are made to order, handcrafted, or packaged specifically for wholesale distribution, and therefore cannot be restocked.

Breakage During Shipping

We take care to properly package all items for shipment. However, if damage occurs during transit, the following policy applies:

  • A $5 credit per broken weld will be issued for items that are repairable.
  • If an item is deemed not repairable, we will offer either:
    • a replacement item, or
    • a refund for the damaged item

Reporting Damage

All breakage or damage claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order or invoice number
  • A brief description of the damage
  • Clear photos showing the affected weld(s) or item

Resolution

Once damage has been reviewed, we will determine whether the item qualifies for weld credit, replacement, or refund in accordance with this policy.
